Advertising Product Manager

The Advertising Product Manager is responsible for assisting the Ad Products team to analyze and build successful ad products to build revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the champion and subject matter expert for cpa, cpc, and revenue share products on Allrecipes.

The Consumer Relations Manager is responsible for executing communication strategies by providing outstanding consumer relations support for Allrecipes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the execution of approved mid-to-large online projects throughout the execution lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Effectively applies internal project methodology as identified in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and reinforces project standards and processes throughout the various phases of the SDLC.

Senior Product Manager, Product Marketing

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for identification of opportunities, conceptual development, functional definition, performance management, and ensuring customer satisfaction for the features and products that are part of the Allrecipes Product Marketing strategic roadmap. The Senior Product Manager spearheads and leads the design, optimization and management of consumer facing web products and features that such as: recipe submission, ratings and reviews, community message boards and other communication tools, recipe box, search engine optimization, keyword and categorical search features, membership registration and payment, member profile and all other site features and design.

This position will work with other internal cross-functional teams, external partners and Reader’s Digest affiliated companies to develop and optimize web products on Allrecipes from conceptual modeling and design prototypes through effective life-cycle management. The Senior Product Manager will develop specifications and other project documentation supporting implementation, and collaborate with reporting and finance teams to build business models for new features and feature enhancements for Allrecipes. This role will also be required to coordinate in conjunction with Project Management, Marketing and Development teams to facilitate feature implementation and launch.

Job Responsibilities:

New Product Development

  • Develop new features that support the organization’s value proposition
  • Integrate determined value proposition into business objectives and success metrics

Job Requirements

  • A qualified candidate should have 3-5 years experience in online feature or product development and marketing, preferably the social networking and/or subscription-based consumer Internet space. A quick study who clearly exhibits aptitude, integrity, tenacity, and a good sense of humor.
  • Project or Program management experience for initiatives of varying scope and speed to market is a plus. Familiarity with project/program life-cycle and software development best practices also a strong plus.
  • Candidates must have familiarity with current web technologies and relationships between browser, server and database. Strong written and verbal communication and business analysis and planning skills are required, along with attention to detail.
  • Experience and proven track record of working well with cross-functional teams, external vendors, remote development and management teams is key to the success of this position.

Account Manager – Online Advertising

  • Update contract management system (FatTail) with campaign change orders (campaign delays, optimizations, etc.) and alert team of changes that will affect revenue.
  • Work closely with Advertising Operations and Advertising Sales on budget forecasting and revenue/pipeline monitoring.
  • Prepares campaign reports based on Web analytics from Ad Operations. Looks for opportunities to renew and up sell campaigns.
  • Reduce account attrition through understanding of advertisers’ objectives, ensuring advertising performance, and suggesting appropriate improvements and add ons.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing direct sales advertising Regional Account Managers (RSM’s) for the eastern region of the U.S.
